Dick Hannah Honda is now an authorized drop off location for ‘CELL PHONES FOR SOLDIERS’! Cell Phones for Soldiers hopes to turn old cell phones into more than 12 million minutes of prepaid calling cards for U.S. troops stationed overseas. The phones are sent to ReCellular, which pays Cell Phones for Soldiers for each donated phone – enough to provide an hour of talk time to soldiers abroad!! WANT TO HELP TOO? Just drop off your old cell phone at Dick Hannah Honda. We are so very excited to be a part of such an amazing cause and hope our community will jump in too! Have you gone to the Clark County Fair this year yet? What was your FAVORITE part?? If you have not made it, the fair is going on through the 15th (Sunday)! A few of the ladies at Dick Hannah Honda have gone, and the sling shot ride was a huge hit!
The Komen Portland Race for the Cure is right around the corner, on September 19th! Dick Hannah has gone to great lengths to help get supporters from our very own employees. Every year, the Hannah’s offer to pay for any employee interested in joining the Komen Race for the Cure. From 2008 to this years race, Dick Hannah has paid for 38 of their employees to register for the race and has spent just under $1,000 to help Hannah employees support such a fantastic cause! We are excited for this years event and hope to see our local fans joining in as well!
